- L Ngidi is ruled out for 12 weeks so he will miss whole tournament. This is a very big blow for the team as he was in very good form. Corbin Bosch is named as his replacement.

- It lloks like any one of D Elgar or T De Zorzi will play.Chances of Zorzi is high.
- R Russow has left the squad so he will not play. while E Morgan is still not available for selection .
- G Cloete and T De Bruyn will open the inning of the team. Both have good t20 record. Both scored half century in 2nd last match . Cloete scored 80 and 55 in his last 2 inning.
- D Elgar/T De Zorzi is expected to bat at 1 down.
- World's one of the best batsman AB Devilliers will bat at 2 down. Everyone knows his ability with bat. He showed his capability in warmup match and first match by scoring halfcentury .He can bat at 1 down also for big hitting,
- Sikander Raza and Sean Williams will bat next.Raza is very good hitter of ball and has good record in this format while S Williams is also good player. Both will bowl some overs also.
- R Frynlick will do late hitting duty.
- R Kleindveldt and Jeevan Mendis are also decent batsman.
- A Birch,L Simpala and R Frynlick are expected to lead the pace attack of the team while Kleindveldt will assist them. R Frynlick and Kleindveldt has good international cricket experience while Birch has good domestic record .
- L Simpala took 3 wickets in last match while Kleindveldt is struggling with ball since last 2 matches.
- Jeevan Mendis,Sikander Raza and S williams will lead the spin attack of the team.Jeevan Mendis bowled well in all the matches.Mendis took 5 wickets in 3 matches till now.

- Both Tahir and Morris are available while Jason Roy is still unavailable.
- They won their last match by big margin.Their bowlers bowled well in last match while their openers JJ Smuts and M Marais played attacking innings to seal the match.
- H Kuhn missed last match due to late concussion. He will have to pass the concussion test in order to play this match. If he gets fit then one of W Lubbe or Magala will make way for him.
- W Lubbe can make way for R Mclaren.It is still not known why Mclaren missed last match.
- Attacking batsmans JJ Smut and M Marais will open the inning for the team while B Duckett will bat at 1 down. JJ Smuts always remains in top of batting charts in domestic matches while B Duckett is very talented batsman and was the hero of the first match.Duckett scored 75 runs in first game while JJ Smuts scored 62 in last game.
- Veteran H Kuhn(playing depends on fitness) will bat next . He was one of the highest scorer of the t20 blast . He will play key role with the bat.He scored a halfcentury in 2nd last match.
- Rudi Second and C Jonker will bat next. Both are good hitters of ball. C Jonker was in very good form in domestic t20 with bat,however he failed in both the matches.
- C Morris will do late hitiing duty.He is a very good bowler also.
- JJ Smuts,Imran Tahir and A Phangiso will lead the spin attack of the team.Smuts took 3 wicket in first match while Tahir is one of the best bowler of this format.
- Junior Dala , C Morris and R Mclaren/Magala will lead the pace attack. In this Dala and Morris have good experience whiel Mclaren is also bowling well.
- Morris and Dala took 2 wickets each in last game
